Description
This class will explore the powers and responsibilities of federal prosecutors. Over the semester, students will focus on how decisions are made throughout the different stages in the administration of criminal justice. The course also will examine the many ethical and political issues at play, as well as the interaction between federal prosecutors and other key stakeholders.
