Description
Regulatory Law & Policy: Financial Regulation Reform is the umbrella course for sessions being offered in the Summer Institute on Law & Government. Students should register for the number of credits you plan to take and then select the sessions you would like to attend on the Institute website http://www.wcl.american.edu/lawandgov/summer/courses.cfm. Sessions in the Regulatory Law & Policy: Financial Regulation Reform section include Developments in Antitrust Law & Policy, Securities Regulation in a Dodd-Frank World, Criminal Enforcement of Securities Law, and Mass Torts: Different Approaches to Liability and Compensation to name a few. Please visit the website for a complete listing. To register for 1 credit, students must choose 4 sessions to attend.
