Description

This course focuses on US and transnational anti-bribery legal framework, including the history, provisions and enforcement of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and transnational anti-bribery laws of other countries as well as private sector compliance and integrity best practices and implementation. Guest speakers with experience in the U.S. government, private firms and corporations will share expertise.
