Description

Contracts are a vehicle for how business gets done. They are a key tool in managing risk. They are everywhere. Many (even most) just get stored away never again to see the light of day. They can, however, protect a client’s interests and garner great value. They can ruin a client. This course will introduce students to transactional law practice by working with a series of different types of contracts. The course will emphasize the attorney’s roll in representing and advising clients.
