Legal Drafting: Litigation (LAW-849-001)
Much of the most outcome-determinative advocacy work in litigation is written, not oral. Through a series of mostly short writing assignments, this hands-on course will introduce students to some of the crucial documents civil litigators draft and how to draft them, including considerations of form, content, and litigation strategy.
