Description

This three-credit course will examine water law, looking at water quality, water allocation and water rights. The final classes will focus on cases studies of the Chesapeake Bay and the Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River. This course prepares students to think about water in the broader context, recognizing the interconnectedness of water quality and quantity. Reading materials will introduce students to fundamental concepts in water quality and quantity law, and prepare students to critically analyze water law.
