Description

Deals with the development of hard minerals, particularly coal. This course has three parts: the first part deals with the extraction and mining of minerals, mostly coal mining; the second deals with the environmental regulation of mining; and the third deals with the energy produced from coal. Mining law, environmental law, and energy law are the three subjects presented.
