Description

This seminar will examine three broad areas of national security law with discussions of some of the significant policy choices that they present. Those areas are:
(1) foreign intelligence surveillance,
(2) espionage,
(3) prosecuting accused terrorists in court, and
(4) U.S. and international law applicable to covert action and special operations with emphasis on targeted killing.
