Description
This course examines select rules of civil procedure in Virginia with an emphasis on the procedures for actions at law and suits in equity including development of the rules, statutes and interpretations of courts. Appellate procedure in Virginia is also covered. This class may be particularly helpful for students who plan to sit for the VA bar exam.
