Description

Renewable Energy: Process & Lawyering will introduce you to both the historical and burgeoning world of renewable energy law at both the Federal and State Government levels. The American University (“AU”) Faculty has designed this class to develop your core knowledge of both renewable energy law and policy that will assist you in using your legal training to function in the U.S. renewable energy market at both the Federal and State levels. At the conclusion of this course, you will possess the necessary knowledge base to research and analyze how legal issues and cases play into the renewable energy public law process
