Description

As firms in the health care, financial, governmentýcontracting, and other sectors have come underýincreasing regulatory scrutiny with respect toýprivacy, data security, fraud and abuse,ýanti-corruption, and a host of sector-specificýregulatory frameworks, the importance of anýeffective corporate compliance program has grown.ýThis course is designed to immerse students in theýlegal aspects of corporate compliance across aývariety of industries, equipping them with theýskills necessary to develop, implement, andýoversee a corporate compliance program. Studentsýwill develop these skills through drafting andýrole-playing exercises.
