Description

With other courses in the HTL program designed to introduce essential elements of hotel law, the Advanced Legal Topics course examines critical legal issues facing in the hospitality industry, including issues in gaming & resorts, international development of hotels, and risk management. Hotel attorneys constantly address scenarios calling for complex legal analysis across multiple disciplines, while novel issues routinely emerge from industry sectors.
