Description

This workshop is designed to provide advanced students and practitioners with essential skills to cross-examine witnesses. Participants will improve their skills under the rigorous scrutiny of arbitration practitioners. Members of the faculty will conduct training on cross-examination skills with the help of audio-visual and video-tape equipment. Each participant will take turns acting on behalf of the claimant and the respondent. The panel members will analyze each performance and make suggestions for improvement at the end of the hearing. The final grade is based on class performance.
