Description
This course is an introduction to doing deals. ýStudents will learn how to document business dealsýand will get experience drafting transactionalýdocuments. The course will cover law, language,ýstrategy, drafting skills, and in some sectionsýmay include negotiation. The goal of the courseýis to prepare students to be effectiveýtransactional lawyers in a business setting.
