Description

The course focuses on the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and transnational anti-bribery laws of other countries as well as private sector compliance and integrity best practices and challenges to their implementation. Guest speakers from the U.S. government, private firms, corporations and non-profits bring first-hand experience to the discussions.
