Description

The course is for one academic credit or a Certificate of Completion. Please let the professor know if you are seeking CLE credit as it may be available. This course will provide students with a detailed description of the transnational anti-corruption legal framework, focusing on the history and application of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, parallel transnational anti-corruption laws and private sector compliance and integrity practices. Guest speakers from the U.S. government and an international investigations firm will bring first-hand experience to the discussions.
