Description
This seminar is designed to help students write a publishable article on the administrative law topic of their choice. In addition to writing a paper, students will make oral presentations of their research and critique each other’s works in progress. Students may either start a project from scratch or build on research and writing they have completed in connection with the preparation of a law review note. A previous course in either administrative law or a particular field of administrative law (e.g., food and drug law) is recommended.
