Description

This course deals with practical aspects of choice-of-law problems in international arbitration cases concerning both the procedure and the merits.For Academic Credit: Students must take a final take home exam, available the day after the last class of the course has taken place. The exam will be available online until Tuesday, July 1, 2014 (5:00pm DC Time) at MyWCL.

This course is part of the International Arbitration Summer Program and a certificate of attendace will be provided.
