Description
ICC Court of Arbitration is a one-credit course offered in the context of the International Arbitration Summer Session. The course will address organization of the ICC Court and its Secretariat; main aspects of the ICC Rules of Arbitration (2012 version) and, will use specific ICC cases to illustrate how procedural and substantive law issues are dealt with in practice in ICC arbitration.
