Description

The primary objective of this course is to introduce students to fundamental scientific, historical, theoretical and doctrinal components of the modern reproductive rights discourse in the United States. To this end, we will go beyond the technicalities and consider the larger implications of the role of law in addressing issues of reproductive freedom and regulation.
