Description

This class will focus on the law of trade secrecy, which was recently federalized, and the related fields of employment law, misappropriation, and idea submission. This focus reflects the reality that trade secret law today is increasingly intertwined with employment issues: trade secret law is an important tool for employers to use in restricting their employees’ mobility. 1 hour (appx) of every class session features an experiential component, allowing the students to apply the doctrine they’ve learned.
