Description

This is a course about the practice of land use planning -- the law of zoning variances, special exceptions, and rezoning amendments and comprehensive planning; the law of subdivision controls and regulation; inverse condemnations and takings; and the more complex forms of land use regulation: planned unit developments, historic preservation, First Amendment influenced controls, aesthetic controls, impact fees and exactions,etc.
