Description

Advanced Constitutional Law: Crises of the Republic
America is experiencing multiple crises threatening our commitment to the rule of law including terrorist threats, challenges to racial and other aspects of social justice, efforts to prevent the establishment of a truly democratic electoral system, and efforts to undermine public control of the economy. The seminar will discuss these and related issues. A paper is required and class participation is considered in grading. Enrollment is limited and students who were in Advanced Constitutional Law: Problems in the Democratic Process are not eligible.
