Please join us if you would like a "deeper dive" into the most current relevant and controversial aspects of Administrative Law and regulation.

Description

This 2-credit Seminar will survey 12 important and timely issues of administrative law—regulation, adjudication, rulemaking, and judicial review + some Trump effects. To aid the class discussion of these topics, pairs of students will be assigned a leadership role in class discussions of each of those topics in a point-counterpoint format. Students will provide a 2-4 page double-spaced paper giving their views on the topic by Saturday noon the following week. These papers and class participation will form the basis for the grade in this class. On April 21, our last class, you will be done--no exam, no long paper. I am amenable to supervising a ULWR if you want to expand a paper.
