Description

This seminar is offered each fall and is required for and expressly limited to the members of the executive board of the Administrative Law Review. The seminar is one component of a long-standing agreement between the law school and the American Bar Association by which the ABA pays a substantial portion of publication costs for production of the Administrative Law Review. The seminar covers various advanced administrative law, operational, and regulatory issues in the field. Students must submit biweekly journals addressing topics pertinent to the seminar and complete a research project based on themes developed in the semester.
