Wills Trusts Estates (LAW-697-002)
This course covers noncommercial transfers of property at death and/or during life; it covers the elements and formalities for creating wills and trusts (both inter vivos and testamentary); revocation and alteration of those documents; jurisdiction and grounds for contests, and intestate succession.
