Description
As firms in the health care, financial, government contracting, and other sectors have come under increasing regulatory scrutiny with respect to privacy, data security, fraud and abuse, anti-corruption, and a host of sector-specific regulatory frameworks, the importance of an effective corporate compliance program has grown. This course is designed to immerse students in the legal aspects of corporate compliance across a variety of industries, equipping them with the skills necessary to develop, implement, and oversee a corporate compliance program. Students will develop these skills through drafting and role-playing exercises.
