Topics covered include public policy and foreign causes of action; embargoes and exchange controls; the U.S. Supreme Court and jurisdiction to adjudicate; jurisdiction of courts and international commercial transactions; property as a basis of jurisdiction; forum non conveniens; enforcement of foreign judgments; and discovery of information located abroad.
