Description
In Remedies, we will address a wide variety of “equitable” and “legal” remedies – including injunctions, specific performance, and restitution, as well as money damages (both compensatory damages and punitive damages). We will cover a wide variety of remedial issues in contract law, tort law, property law, and constitutional law (including civil rights cases).
