Bank/Stark, Selected Sections: Federal Income Tax Code and Regulations (2019-2020; Foundation Press) (but you can 2018-2019 edition if desired, or you can just access the tax code and regulations online)

Recommended: Chirelstein & Zelenak, Federal Income Taxation (Foundation Press; 14th ed.) (but an earlier edition is fine)
