First Class Readings

The syllabus will be posted on MyWCL on or before the first day of class. Here is the required reading for the first class: Casebook 1-12; FRE 101-102; Posted on MyWCL: (1)Admissibility Stairsteps chart; (2) Jury Instruction Compilation (pages 1-5). If you do not have the casebook, there should be one on reserve at the circulation desk in the WCL law library.
