Description
The Regulation of Energy includes the federal and state regulation of oil, natural gas, electricity, coal, and alternate energy sources in connection with the environment, conservation, pricing, employee and public health and safety, national security, resource development, and the protection of property rights.
Current Energy topics, including oil and gas prices, which have recently reached their highest volatility in history, will be discussed periodically.
