II. Course Materials Other Than Books :

Wall Street Journal Fall 2015 Semester Student Subscription.

(Required for class use, including weekly reaction papers).

Go to: http://student.wsj.com - follow prompts to sign up for special student rate for 15 week semester. To get the special students rate, you need to use the prompts, input University, Law School, Class, and Professor Name. This is required, not optional, as you will not be able to do the weekly reaction papers without it.

III. Additional BA Course Materials on MyWCL Class Webpage.

Certain other essential course materials will be posted as pdfs, docs, or links to the MyWCL webpage. These materials will include longer versions than the textbook provides of certain key cases, additional key cases, some scholarly articles and other explanations of important concepts, etc. -- as well as some old exams, the course syllabus, the course information sheet, etc. You are responsible for these materials, just as if they were part of the textbooks. They are being posted online in this format partly in order to not require another expensive text.

Some of these materials will be posted when the semester begins, and others will be posted as the semester progresses. You are required to be aware of materials posted to the class webpage as they are posted throughout the term.

First Class Readings

There is no required reading for the first class, but students are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the required textbook materials for the first week of class.
