U.S. Business Law (LAW-581-001)
Designed to provide foreign lawyers an understanding of the U.S. business environment, the course covers basic concepts of business associations, sales, secured transactions, securities law, debtor-creditor relations, antitrust, consumer protection, and tax. Open only to LLM students in international legal studies.
