Required Text: Regulation of Lawyers, Problems of Law and Ethics, Stephen Gillers, 9th Edition. Additional Materials: We expect you to bring to each class some form of the current ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct and Comments, though no specific one is required. FYI, we ourselves are using Regulation of Lawyers: Statutes and Standards, Concise Edition 2014, Gillers, Simon & Perlman, 25th Edition. This volume contains useful references to current state differences in disciplinary systems, and trends in the development of lawyer regulation around the country.
