Description

An examination of the ethical obligations of the lawyer, including a detailed analysis of the Model Code of Professional Responsibility and the Model Rules of Professional Conduct. This course will be interactive, including in-class exercises to motivate appreciation for, and discussion of, how and when ethical dilemmas arise, and the various approaches to resolving them appropriately. The course will also offer an opportunity to practice model examination questions in the style of the MPRE questions to gain comfortability with a multiple choice format.
