Prosser, Wade & Schwartz's Torts (Cases and Materials 13th Edition) (Casebook editors: Victor Schwartz, Kathryn Kelly, and David Partlett); Foundation Press, ISBN: 9781609304072 (2015) - make sure you buy the 13th edition, not the 12th edition. The 13th edition was just published this month and is the most up-to-date text in the field. 2. Andrew Popper, Materials on Tort Reform, Publisher: West, ISBN: 9780314264480 (2010). You can get this book new, used, or in an online format - any version will do.

First Class Readings

For the first class, please read pp. 1-4 (Introductory Comments), read and brief Garrett, p. 17, read Notes 1-5 following GarĀ¬rett, read Notes on pp. 23-25, read and brief Talmage, p. 29, read and brief Wallace v. Rosen, p.32.
