Description
This course explores the application of the 4th and 5th amendments in criminal investigations and prosecutions. This area of law is perhaps the most documented area of law in pop culture and one that could easily affect your life as you do something as simple as drive down the street. The course seeks to familiarize students with the interaction between the state’s interest in enforcing criminal laws with an individual’s liberty.
