Communication 1925 (Bolivia)
1925, of April 14, 1975, denounces the arrest of workers in Bolivia, and requests that the CIDH intervene in order to restore civil and political rights in Bolivia and to restore the agreement signed with the ILO.
In a communication dated April 22, 1975, the Secretariat requested the claimant to provide additional information.
The Commission considered this communication during its thirty-fifth session (May 1975) and decided to postpone examination of the case until such time as the claimant has provided additional information.
At the thirty-sixth session (October 1975), the Commission considered the status of the case and despite the length of time that had elapsed since it had requested the claimant to provide additional information, it decided to postpone consideration of the case and to await a response from the claimant.
