Students from the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Clinic Assist AARP in Filing Amicus Brief
The following students in the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Clinic, James Conlon, Trini Jones, Maanasa Kona, William Lultschik, Elizabeth Shen, and Alexandra Sternburg, along with Kyra Clipper from Pepperdine University School of Law, assisted AARP Foundation attorneys who served as amicus counsel in Association for Molecular Pathology, et al. v. Myriad Genetics, Inc. The brief was filed with the United States Supreme Court on January 13, 2012.
