PIJIP Launches Working Paper Series on International Intellectual Property Enforcement
September 8, 2010
PIJIP is pleased to announce the launch of our working paper series on IP-Enforcement.
The series will be located at http://digitalcommons.wcl.american.edu/research/ -- which you can RSS to for updates.
We will now be rolling out articles at the pace of several a week with the goal of releasing edited and formatted versions of the 17 submissions received thus far by September 17.
The first article is: ACTA: Risks of Intermediary Liability for Access to Medicines, by Professor Brook K. Baker from Northeastern University.
All papers may be re-published through SSRN or elsewhere. PIJIP does not take copyright in the papers. Submissions will also be included for consideration in the upcoming symposium volume of the AU International Law Review in the spring.
We are still accepting submissions for this series and for the print publication. Submissions will be considered and edited on a rolling basis through November 1.
