2010 Competition

The 17th Annual Burton D. Wechsler First Amendment Moot Court Competition will take place October 21 - 23, 2010.

This year’s final round competitors will have the honor of arguing before a prestigious panel, which includes Judge Timothy Dyk (Fed. Cir.), Judge Raymond Fisher (9th Cir.) and Thomas Goldstein.

PLEASE NOTE: We had an unexpected delay and the 2010 Wechsler Problem was not posted on August 25, as the schedule indicates. We will post the problem by 5:00 PM on August 26, 2010 to the Competitors-Only website. The new email submission deadline for the briefs is Friday, October 1, 2010

Any alumni, practitioners, professors, and judges interested in joining us to judge our talented competitors, please complete the Judge Registration Form with your contact information and desired date(s)/time(s) to judge -- we are currently looking for judges for Friday, October 22 and Saturday, October 23.
