The 17th Annual Burton D. Wechsler First Amendment Moot Court Competition will take place October 21 - 23, 2010.
This year’s final round competitors will have the honor of arguing before a prestigious panel, which includes Judge Timothy Dyk (Fed. Cir.), Judge Raymond Fisher (9th Cir.) and Thomas Goldstein.

PLEASE NOTE: We had an unexpected delay and the 2010 Wechsler Problem was not posted on August 25, as the schedule indicates. We will post the problem by 5:00 PM on August 26, 2010 to the Competitors-Only website. The new email submission deadline for the briefs is Friday, October 1, 2010.
