Jaime Garcia De Paredes III, Class of 2016
Lauren Swanson, Class of 2016
Lauren is the Vice President of the Business Law Society. She is also currently working at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, in Washington D.C. At Stroock, Lauren assists in representing clients in a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, and commercial leasing. Lauren is also the Managing Editor of the Legislation and Policy Brief, and a Production Assistant on the Intellectual Property Brief at the Washington College of Law. Over the summer, Lauren was a Law Clerk within the Executive Office of the President of the United States, where she worked within the Office of Administration’s General Counsel’s office. Lauren’s professional experience within the legislative and executive branches of our government, as well as her work within the private sector allows her offer a unique and versatile perspective to the Business Law Society.
Lauren graduated from University of Colorado Boulder, where she received a B.A. in Political Science. She was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
David is originally from Riverside, CA, and obtained an undergraduate degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Policy and Urban Studies and Planning from the University of California, San Diego. David is interested in pursuing a legal career in white collar crime, and has taken Business Associations, Law and Economics, and Law and Accounting.

Erin Naneaux, Class of 2017
Erin is a 2L and serves as Treasurer of the Business Law Society. Erin attended Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, IN for her undergraduate studies, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration, focusing in Finance. Her focus in law is in Investment Law. She is currently interning with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Raveena Benipal, Class 2017
Raveena is a 2L interested in business, securities, and tax law. She was born in Edmonton, Canada, and completed her undergraduate education at the University of Alberta. She majored in business economics and law, and hopes to build on this area of interest this year through her Business Associations, and Federal Personal Income Tax classes.
Paul Bello, Class of 2018
Paul is a 1L interested in contracts, securities, and tax law. He attended Georgetown University in Washington, DC earning a degree in political science.
