HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
ROOM BLOCK RESERVATIONS
We have arranged a block of rooms with special rates at the Courtyard by Marriott Chevy Chase, 5520 Wisconsin Avenue, Chevy Chase, MD 20815 for the nights of Tuesday, July 10 – Thursday, July 12 at $209 plus 14% taxes per night and from Friday, July 13 – Saturday, July 14 at the lower rate of $129 plus 14% taxes per night.. This block at the discounted rates will be held until June 11, 2018. Further nights may be available upon request outside of the dates of the block. Please note that the room block includes a split rate as above. The hotel can only load one rate into the reservation link and over the course of the group stay there are 2 different rates. All adjustments for the lower rate on those specific days will be made automatically.

Property Location

We have arranged for rooms in accommodation on main campus – about a mile walk or there is a shuttle bus available. The rates are $98 per night, single occupancy and $79 per night, double occupancy per person, including 14.5% DC Hotel tax.
