OAS and Academy on Human Rights Leaders Collaborate on Promotion of Human Rights Education in the Americas

On November 17, 2017, leaders from American University Washington College of Law's Academy on Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, including Dean Emeritus Claudio Grossman and Academy Co-directors Claudia Martin and Diego Rodríguez-Pinzón, were invited by the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States (OAS) Luis Almagro to meet regarding cooperation in the promotion of human rights and the training of public officials through legal education. The meeting promoted collaboration between the OAS and AUWCL that will benefit OAS officials.
