AUWCL Welcomes Employers to Fall Recruitment Program

American University Washington College of Law welcomed employers from across the country to campus for the Office of Career and Professional Development’s (OCPD) annual Fall Recruitment Program.
Fifty-three employers from various legal fields—including intellectual property, trade, health, corporate, environmental, antitrust, criminal and international law — were in attendance during Session I of the program, held Monday, Aug. 5 through Thursday, Aug. 15. During this time, the employers conducted over 750 interviews with students. As in previous years, many employers were represented by AUWCL alumni.
Session I employers included Alston & Bird LLP, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Jones Day, Akin Gump, Venable LLP, the New York City Law Department, Keller and Heckman LLP, Finnegan, White & Case LLP, and the U.S. Department of Labor.
