Diana Santos '08 to Present Immigration Law Webinar on Representing Unaccompanied Minors
Diana Santos ’08, an immigration attorney in private practice in the Washington, D.C. area, will present the monthly Alumni Webinar in conjunction with the Office of Career and Professional Development on Wednesday, July 26. The Webinar is titled “Representing Unaccompanied Minors Under the Trump Administration – Exploring the Effects of Canales vs. Torres,” and will have a focus on Special Immigrant Juvenile Status in Virginia in light of the recent Canales vs. Torres decision.
