On Thursday, Jan. 23, American University Washington College of Law hosted its annual Spring Externship Fair. The law school’s Externship Program organized over 160 employers into Claudio Grossman Hall for the event, which has routinely been the largest legal externship fair in the nation and attracts students from all levels.

Students, faculty and staff gathered Tuesday, Jan. 21 for American University Washington College of Law’s 21st annual MLK Celebration in honor of the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

American University Washington College of Law students gave each other the gift of encouragement during “Duck Day” on Monday, Jan. 13.

2L Joy Applewhite serves as President of American University Washington College of Law’s Black Law Student Association, a group which focuses on articulating and promoting the needs and goals of Black law students in order to effectuate change in the legal and local communities.
