The Equal Justice Foundation’s (EJF) 25th Annual Public Interest Auction took place on Thursday, March 29. Faculty, students, alumni, staff, friends, family, and other members of the American University Washington College of Law community convened in Claudio Grossman Hall for a night of bidding and fun, all for an excellent cause.

AUWCL Professor Susan Franck, chair of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA) Academic Council, helped create and will be the final speaker at the ITA’s  conference on “Diversity and Inclusion in International Arbitration" Wednesday, April 4.

American University Washington College of Law (AUWCL) proudly congratulates Robert Frank Pence ’71, who has been confirmed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Republic of Finland. Ambassador Pence was nominated to this position by President Donald J. Trump in November and confirmed by the Senate on Thursday, March 22.
