The American University Law Review Presents: Privacy in the Age of Emergency (Day One)

Join the American University Law Review for our 2021 annual symposium: Privacy in the Age of Emergency. This exciting two-day event will explore and analyze the nexus of privacy laws and the COVID-19 pandemic, with the first day's panel discussions placing particular emphasis on surveillance, technology, and innovative instruments as they prompt novel privacy law questions in the "new normal." We are thrilled to host preeminent scholars in this space to discuss these issues in topically-specific panel discussions. A schedule of events is as follows (all times Eastern):
